Revolution RV

I bought a new 2008 trailer from Revolution rv at the San Marcos store and I made THE BIG mistake of taking there word and handshake to seal the deal. They called me no less that 6 times a day for a week and they needed payment in full (20,000 dollars) before they could prep the trailer for me to pick up. I paid them in full and had to drive to Ramona to pick it up. When I got there (friday at 4:30) they were in a big rush to get me out of there. The walk through (witch I paid 695.00 for the prep) was nothing short of a joke. The kid showing me the trailer was only 2 days on the job and he knew nothing about the trailer. I'm a motor homer from way back (I bought the trailer for my dad) and for 1/2 of an hour I showed the kid around the trailer. When I inspected the outside I found that the trailer had bias ply tires that were also the wrong size (to thin) The trailer was to have 225 radials on it and during the buying process of the trailer that was one of my main questions !!! When I called the San Marcos store on my cell the maneger the (Don) assured me that this would taking care of and take the trailer and return and they take care of the tire issue. This did NOT happen. For one week they never returned my phone calls and when they finaly did they said sorry but when you took trailer off of the lot it was a done deal and they are in know way going to put the correct tires on the trailer. Even though assured my they would ( they admited that they did say this to me but soory we changed our minds,no kidding they really did) at this time I went threw the roof and here we are 3 weeks later with no satifaction in any way from Revolution RV. I own a small auto repair shop in San Marcos and if I ever treated any of my customers like this I would go out of business !! But don't worry there is more to tell.
