Jose,before you drag my name in the mud call me. Loud,demanananding,obnoxious?? Don't think so. And the sales person (Richard) did nothing wrong he was great !!. Richard was very understanding of my crazy working hours and we hit it off very well. Well enough that he gave me his personale cell # in case i had any questons.

What I said in the story was nothing but the truth. I feel sorry for Richard the sales person that started the deal ( by the way I told him that he did a heck of a job but his bosses used him as a buffer and that they should have called me).

As I said my business is always busy all of the time because we treat our customer the right way !!!!
